Who we are

Serendipity Disability Services were established to provide community services for people with special needs and abilities. We will listen and work closely with clients to make sure their needs are met through participation in the community.

We will endeavour to provide a high quality community service, in order for clients to achieve their goals. We will work with clients of all abilities needing community services. We will work and follow client’s therapy plans for clients with high needs.

Our purpose is to listen and to provide service to all NDIS clients requiring community participation and inclusion to achieve goals, maintain health, wellbeing and independence. We will provide a family friendly, where all our client are treated as a family member to live their lives the way they want to live.

Serendipity Disability Services will be governed by our values, ethics and standards of NDIS and the Australian Government.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver friendly, innovative, sustainable services that enable choice and positive outcomes and independence for the people whom we support, provided by skilled, engaged and inspired staff.

We will provide community services for people with special needs and abilities to be able to participate in the community to achieve goals, maintain health, wellbeing and independence.

We will provide a safe environment and strive to do our utmost best to ensure our clients goals and needs are achieved.

We will uphold our values, ethics and standards, undertake any task that is necessary to enhance the lives we care for and work to the highest standards.
